Our newest Guatemala comes from the volcanoes of Antigua. Designated Genuine Antigua Pastoral, this term defines coffee sourced and grown at high elevation on volcanic slopes.  Antigua provides growing conditions that are mild and consistent in temperature year round, while offering young and nutritious  soils perfect for growing coffee. The coffee comes from a co-op of small holding farmers around Antigua, allowing many small farmers to provide their high quality coffee even though alone they would not have quantity to sell directly.

We loved our time in Antigua! We climbed a volcano, walked the cobblestone street, ate at delicious restaurants, and even visited local cafes to see how they roast & brew their own delicious farm-to-table coffee. This coffee has delicious cocoa notes, dried fruits, and a well rounded vanilla finish
