INDONESIA BALI COFFEE

Planted in the shade of citrus groves this coffee is grown in volcanic soils, irrigated by centuries-old Hindu infrastructure. These traditions are followed in coffee cultivation, which means pesticides and synthetic fertilizers are never used.

GUATEMALA ANTIGUA COFFEE

Our newest Guatemala comes from the volcanoes of Antigua. Designated Genuine Antigua Pastoral, this term defines coffee sourced and grown at high elevation on volcanic slopes.  Antigua provides growing conditions that are mild and consistent in temperature year round, while offering young and nutritious  soils perfect for growing coffee. The coffee comes from a co-op of small holding farmers around Antigua, allowing many small farmers to provide their high quality coffee even though alone they would not have quantity to sell directly.

HONDURAS SAN MANUEL WASHED COFFEE 

This is a new coffee sourced from our direct trade partner, Erlin Barillas.  The farm named San Manuel, is located in Western Honduras and reaches elevation much higher than our coffees sourced from his Coffeerama Farm in Copan Ruinas. This creates cooler growing temperatures and an intensity of flavours. The coffee is grown in a cloud rainforest which is home to many unique birds, flora and fauna.
